Impact in Action: Subham’s Story

One of the most inspiring moments came from Subham Harichandan, an eighth grader who had struggled academically. Not only did he confidently answer every question, but he also presented a business idea on solar panels during the village planning session. Using Young Tinker’s FATAC framework (Feel, Align, Think, Act, Check), he identified challenges in his village and developed a practical solution—showcasing the true power of hands-on learning.

A Collective Effort

This success was made possible by our partnership with Unnat Bharat Abhiyan (IIT Bhubaneswar), Prof. Seema Bahini Pati, and the unwavering support of Principal Mrs. Manjulata Nayak and In-Charge Mrs. Ranjukta Mansing.

At Young Tinker Foundation, we believe in the power of STEM education to unlock creativity, problem-solving, and innovation. ToW is not just about learning—it’s about empowering students to shape their own futures.

And this is just the beginning.
