“Young Tinker Fellowship” is a one-year transformative fellowship program aimed at empowering passionate individuals to teach school students from grades 6-12 in under-resourced schools. As a Fellow, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of young minds while developing your own leadership and teaching skills.
This is a leadership program for the youths where they will get a chance to work on various segments and learn new skills like – hard skills (drilling, cutting, soldering, electronics, robotics, 3D Printing, rapid prototyping, AI-ML, wood working) and soft skills (design thinking, communication, presentation, team work).

Our fellows come from diverse backgrounds, including recent graduates, postgraduates, and professionals from various fields. We seek individuals who:

The Young Tinker Experience
- You will be placed as an educator in a Young Tinker Space in an English medium government or affordable private school, TOW (Tinkerspace on Wheels), or any other project.
- Locations include Bhubaneswar, Hyderabad, and Chennai.
- You will teach students in grades 6-12, with class sizes ranging from 40 to 80 students.
- The medium of instruction in most of the schools/ projects will be English.
