We are thrilled to share the incredible experience of Mr. Anil Pradhan, founder of the Young Tinker Foundation, who was invited as the Guest of Honour and Expert Speaker at ‘Samanvaya’ 2024 – The Annual Principals’ Conclave, held on 30th November 2024 in Hyderabad.

Organized by the Hyderabad Sahodaya Schools Complex (HSSC), this prestigious event brought together principals, education leaders, and stakeholders to explore strategies for empowering future-ready schools. The theme, ‘Empowering Future-Ready Schools to Navigate the Changing Education Landscape,’ addressed the urgent need for educational institutions to adapt and innovate in response to the evolving demands of the education sector.

During his keynote talk, titled “Doing the Unthinkable,” Mr. Pradhan shared revolutionary practices in STEM education and problem-solving methodologies implemented at the Young Tinker Foundation. He emphasized the importance of hands-on learning, fostering critical thinking, and preparing students to excel in an ever-changing world. His talk inspired delegates with actionable strategies to transform traditional teaching practices into dynamic, future-ready solutions.

The event also witnessed the launch of the HSSC Directory, a collaborative milestone celebrating the collective achievements of member schools. Mr. Pradhan expressed his heartfelt congratulations to the organizing committee and principals for their commitment to fostering excellence in education, remarking on the true essence of Sahodaya (सह + उदय), which means “Growing Together.”

Reflecting on the event, Mr. Pradhan shared his gratitude:
