Shri SK Pradhan Inspiration Award: An integral part of the annual program is the Shri SK Pradhan Inspiration Award instituted by Young Tinker Foundation. This award recognizes and honors youth between 20-35 years who demonstrate inspirational contributions in education, skill development, entrepreneurship, farming, and social development. Shri SK Pradhan, in whose memory the award is named, was a proud resident of Baral, 42 Mouza, Cuttack, and a dedicated CRPF member committed to community service.
