From the Hon’ble President’s Alma Mater to Bhubaneswar’s Govt Schools: Over 2,000 Students Impacted

Did you know that we visited the very school where our Hon’ble President Smt. Draupadi Murmu studied as a child?

Our mission is to cultivate innovation, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, preparing students for success in the 21st century. We conducted a one-day workshop at various government schools in Bhubaneswar. This helped us gauge the excitement of the students and the support from school administrations. To our delight, we received an overwhelming response from both the school admins and the students. They joined us in large numbers to experience the Young Tinker pedagogy and to launch their water rockets.

In these workshops, water rockets were not just soaring high; the dreams and excitement of the students were too. These workshops were highly successful, impacting a total of 2,320 students.

The workshop became extra special as we reached the high school of our esteemed President, Smt. Draupadi Murmu. It was a privilege to interact with the young minds from the same school where President Murmu studied as a child.

Where students cannot come to us, we go to students.

With this aim, we are excited to introduce Tinker On Wheel (TOW), our latest initiative to transform education. TOW is an AI-powered mobile learning lab that brings the future of education directly to students. By providing hands-on experiences with cutting-edge technologies like AI, ML, IoT, robotics, 3D printing, and prototyping, we bridge the digital divide and empower students, especially those in underserved communities.

As the next step, we will be taking our TOW to these schools to continue their learning journey. Students from these schools will engage in a week-long hands-on STEM curriculum. This program aims not only to expose students to STEM opportunities but also to empower them with essential life skills like teamwork, communication, leadership, presentation, innovation, creativity, and problem-solving.

Stay tuned as we embark on this exciting journey to make AI-enabled schools a reality and to empower every student with the skills they need for a bright future!
